Every woman deserves to feel confident in her body, embracing her unique shape. My journey began when I weighed 115lbs and felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I decided to join a gym and transform my life. I did this by making healthier choices with my diet incorporating weightlifting and cardio. Within a year, I achieved an hourglass figure I wanted and fitness became a lifestyle. I want every woman to know this is achievable.
